Mr. Diamond brings to Whitehall over 25 years of entrepreneurial and managerial experience across asset management, merchant banking, and venture investing including founding, building and successfully exiting several companies. He has particular experience in guiding rapidly expanding businesses in the financial services sector. From 2009-2013, he led, grew and sold Nova Potash Corporation, a mining company with property in Ethiopia, and Basis Medical Technologies, Inc., an international medical device business. In 2007, he seeded and assisted Street Capital Financial Corporation, a Canadian mortgage origination company that was sold in 2011 to Council Corporation, a public company based in Toronto. From 1995-2004, he co-founded and led the sale of Triax Capital Corp., Skylon Capital Corp. and Venture Link Capital Corp., all Canadian-based mutual fund wholesalers. Mr.Diamond holds a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario.
Robert has over 30 years of industry experience. The first 15 years in a corporate environment and the next 15 as an entrepreneur running his own property management firm, Premier Property Management Inc. Robert started his career with Marchant Property Management and the Tandem Group of Companies in various property management positions. He then moved on to Brookfield Residential Services Ltd. as a Regional Manager, responsible for 30 residential buildings in the GTA. As an entrepreneur, Robert has also managed 2 investment companies: Equity Builders Inc. and Premier Realty Advisors Inc. During this time, Robert was directly responsible for the acquisition, re-development and sale of 30 properties across Ontario, Alberta, USA, UAE, involving over 20 million dollars in re-development and over 500 million dollars in sales. Robert is a member of IHM (Institute of Housing Management).
With over 13 years of industry experience, including his previous role at Triovest, Jimmy excels at managing complex portfolios of properties both commercial and residential, developing and implementing financial strategies, and collaborating with teams of accountants, property managers, and other stakeholders to achieve shared objectives. His expertise spans a wide range of accounting functions, from financial statement preparation and budgeting to forecasting and cash flow management. As a property accounting manager, he is committed to delivering accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Throughout his career, he has driven process improvements, streamlined workflows, and enhanced communication across teams to achieve optimal results.
With over 15+ years in the sales and customer service industry switching to real estate was a natural transition. Starting as a property manager, Benjamin rapidly climbed the ladder. Over the last 5 years as a regional manager, he has managed over 1000+ units and a staff of 10+, achieved all KPI’s and has a “think outside the box approach” to the industry. He has exceptional skills at determining property maintenance requirements and overseeing operational and functional performance in inspecting vacant properties and negotiating agreements.
